PLEASE BRING YOUR INSURANCE CARDS FOR BILLING PURPOSES!

The Ablany County Department of Health will be offering flu and pneumonia vaccines to adults 19 years of age and older. The fees are: Flu Vaccine $25.00 and Pneumonia Vaccine $40.00

The following insurance plans have contracts with Albany County. If you have one of the following four health insurance plans there is not an out of pocket fee for any vaccine: Medicare, Medicaid, CDPHP, Blue Shield of Northeastern New York.

The following insurance companies DO NOT have contracts with Albany County. You may want to call your primary card physician to obtain your vaccine at their office. If you decide to get vaccinated at this clinic payment is expected prior to administration of the vaccine. We will be happy to assist you by billing your insurance plan and if payment is received by Albany County Health Department you will receive a refund.

-Fidelis, Empire Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Well Care, GHI, Any other insurance not listed here.
