After the seminar you will have the opportunity to have your own documents drafted by Ms. Schaeffer. She will meet with you individually to take your information and return on October 8th for you to sign the documents. Fees for attendees of this seminar are $250.00 for a Health Care Proxy/Living Will and Power of Attorney, and $200.00 for a Last Will and Testament.
